Senior Driver

Overview

The Senior Driver is responsible for driving Country Office Staff and visitors, and providing transportation related and messenger services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive for the Head of Office and visitors, including high-ranking officials.
• Meet official personnel and visitors at the airport and facilitate formalities.
• Ensure local transportation needs are met and vehicle safety, soundness, and comfort.
• Log official trips, mileage, gas consumption, expenditures, and servicing.
• Assist administrative staff in monitoring log books and maintenance records.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicle(s) and arrange for repairs.
• Handle formalities in case of an accident.
• Collect and deliver mail, documents, and other items.
• Assist with simple clerical duties.
• Brief and train junior drivers.
• Support corporate initiatives for environmental responsibility.

Required Experience

Four years of work experience as a driver. Flawless, safe driving record.

Qualifications

Secondary school education. Possession of a valid driver's license.
