Overview

Support the delivery of efficient and effective IT services by contributing to sound, innovative solutions that enable staff to deliver assistance to beneficiaries. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and reporting IT data, resolving network issues, and providing support for IT systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business units, users, and stakeholders to understand operational processes and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Promote innovation and compliance with IT policies, information management standards, data protection, and security requirements.
  • Capture, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
  • Design, configure, implement, and improve low-code/no-code solutions, workflow automations, dashboards, collaboration tools, and business applications.
  • Manage digital transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery and issue resolution.
  • Conduct solution testing and performance monitoring.
  • Lead change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of digital solutions.
  • Contribute to technical specifications, evaluation processes, procurement activities, business continuity planning, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with UN agencies, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, support, knowledge sharing, and capacity-building.
Required Experience

At least three (3) years of postgraduate professional experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Networking or other relevant field. Has participated in the analysis, improvement, and digital transformation of business processes, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. Has experience delivering digital solutions, including low-code/no-code applications, workflow automations, dashboards, and business systems, from design through implementation and user adoption. Has coordinated with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver digital initiatives, support continuous improvement, and strengthen organizational capabilities through knowledge sharing and training.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Networking or a related field. Alternatively, a first-level university degree in the same disciplines, combined with additional years of relevant work experience.
