National Consultant on Youth Digital Resilience, Cybercrime Prevention and Digital Finance Awareness
Overview
The National Consultant will develop training materials and deliver workshops on youth digital resilience, cybercrime prevention, and digital finance awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive training materials including presentations, exercises, and pre/post-tests.
- Facilitate five 1.5-day capacity-building workshops covering common cyber threats, blockchain & stablecoins, digital hygiene, and personal protection to community defense.
- Prepare activity reports and recommendations based on workshop outcomes and participant feedback.
Required Experience
Minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible professional experience in at least two of the following: cybercrime prevention, cybersecurity awareness or digital literacy programming; digital finance, fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency education; crime prevention, law enforcement or criminal justice; international development programming is required. Demonstrated experience designing or delivering training, workshops or educational programmes to youth or adult audiences is required.
Qualifications
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, criminology, law, digital innovation, economics, education or related field. A first-level university degree in the aforementioned fields in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying work experience, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
