Overview
The role holder will focus on country offices linked with the Ukraine response and hosting Ukrainian refugees, providing advice and guidance on programme strategies, structures, systems, and resources. The position involves advisory support and coordination in business development, strategy development, change efforts, and programme quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme development and strategic planning support, advice, and guidance.
- Business development opportunities identification.
- Induction training for country office programme staff.
- Change management efforts support.
- Strategy development at country-level.
- Programme evaluations at country level.
- Nansen NRC Ukraine Response 2025-2027 project management.
Required Experience
- Manager/Adviser experience.
- Humanitarian/recovery/emergency response context experience.
- Institutional donors’ strategies, priorities, and compliance requirements knowledge.
- Successful proposal development, or similar in funding or partnerships, track record.
- Complex and volatile context exposure.
