Overview

This role involves leading a team to provide microcredit services to micro-entrepreneurs and ensuring the fulfillment of portfolio closure reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and meet the goals of the work team.
• Adequately provide microcredit services to micro-entrepreneurs.
• Carry out a monthly portfolio closure report.
• Train and constantly develop the work team.
• Create a good work team, providing guidance, direction, and motivation to the work team.
• Conduct an appropriate induction for new credit officers and administrative assistants.

Required Experience

Minimum of one year in financial institutions and in a similar position.

Qualifications

High school diploma completed or incomplete bachelor's degree.
