ICT Analyst, Short-Term
Overview
The ICT Analyst will support the implementation of digital solutions for anti-corruption initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, security, interoperability, and sustainability within the national institutional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ICT needs assessments and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide technical advice on the design and configuration of digital monitoring dashboards and tools.
- Support the development of digital tools for cross-institutional reporting, data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization.
- Advise on the use or adaptation of existing governmental platforms and assess interoperability requirements.
- Prepare technical inputs for procurement processes and evaluate proposals for ICT products and services.
- Coordinate technical activities, monitor implementation, and provide quality assurance of deliverables.
- Document technical decisions, challenges, lessons learned, and good practices.
Required Experience
At least 2 years (with Master’s Degree) or 4 years (with Bachelor’s Degree) of progressive working experience in one the areas of ICT/digital solution implementation, information systems, business or systems analysis, ICT project implementation, or related areas.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s Degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybernetics, IT Management or a related field relevant to the position is required; OR A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience.
