Internship - Project Governance Process Review

Overview

The IAEA is seeking an intern to support project governance activities, conduct research on AI governance and emerging technologies, and contribute to documentation and reporting for AI-enabled and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project governance activities, including the preparation and review of policies, procedures and related documentation.
• Contribute to the governance of AI-enabled and digital transformation projects by assisting with project monitoring, documentation and reporting.
• Conduct research on AI governance, emerging technologies and industry best practices to support policy and decision-making.
• Assist in documenting and analysing business processes and identifying opportunities to responsibly leverage AI and automation.

Required Experience

Experience of working with technical documentation in English and in producing reports, for example, as part of studies or work experience.

Qualifications

University degree in information technology, computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, business administration or a related field.
