Overview
Provide technical support to MoPSE in the preparation of the 2026 Education Sector Performance Report (ESPR) and the technical preparation, documentation, and reporting of the 2026 Joint Sector Review (JSR).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to MoPSE in the preparation of the 2026 ESPR.
- Provide technical support in the technical preparation, documentation and reporting of the 2026 JSR.
- Work closely with MoPSE’s Planning and Research Department, UNICEF, relevant education sector stakeholders and the designated JSR meeting facilitator.
Required Experience
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a development context. Sound knowledge of the planning and policy making processes in the public sector or government.
Qualifications
Master`s degree in one of the following fields: Education, Social Sciences and other related fields

Languages Required
Good communication and facilitation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English. Good oral and written communication skills in English, with good report writing skills.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of Shona and/or Ndebele is an added advantage.
