National Strategic Consultant – DFCA South Sudan

Overview
Provide technical and coordination support for the development of a Strategic Plan for the Drug and Food Control Authority (DFCA) in South Sudan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection and institutional assessment.
- Compile and analyze national-level data and reports.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations and meetings.
- Facilitate logistics for workshops and engagements.
- Support drafting of Strategic Plan sections.
- Document stakeholder inputs and validation feedback.
- Assist in development of M&E framework and costing inputs.
- Support finalization of all deliverables.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of South Sudan health system.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field.

Remuneration
Payments will be made in installments linked to the achievement and formal acceptance of each deliverable.
