Overview
This internship assignment is within the Humanitarian Action Unit of the Emergency Response Section, supporting OHCHR's engagement in humanitarian action and response to crises.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in a graduate school program (Master's degree or equivalent) or in the final academic year of a first-level university degree program (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in law, political science, international relations, social sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, must have graduated with a relevant university degree.

Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of French is an asset. Knowledge of another United Nations official language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) would be an advantage.
Contract Duration
3 months, with the possibility of extension up to a total combined period of six (6) months.
