Overview
Develop children's physical and psychological abilities by combining sports training with sports psychological support techniques. Instill positive values and support social growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop age/gender-appropriate children’s physical and psychological abilities by combining sports training (kickboxing) with sports psychological support techniques.
- Develop children’s physical abilities: Improve fitness, strength, and endurance through age-appropriate kickboxing training.
- Ensure that all activities are delivered in a safe, age-appropriate and inclusive manner, in full compliance with applicable safeguarding requirements
- Instill positive values: Such as teamwork, mutual respect, discipline, and cooperation.
- Support social growth: Encourage children to build friendships and develop effective communication skills
- Maintain the highest ethical standards related to confidentiality, consistent with the Wellness Code of Ethics
- Provide sports and recreational activities for staff and family members
- Other as required.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in kickboxing, martial arts or a related field
Qualifications
Specialist sports-relevant qualification and/or Activator/Youth Worker training can be considered in lieu of educational experience
