Project Associate – Reporting

Overview

The Project Associate – Reporting will support programme monitoring and reporting activities for the Australian Cultural Orientation Programme (AUSCO). The role involves compiling, verifying, and maintaining programme data and records, preparing reports, and coordinating information requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of programme reporting activities, maintaining programme records, reporting databases and information management systems.
• Compile, verify, reconcile and maintain participant training data received from delivery locations.
• Produce routine statistical reports, dashboards, data summaries and performance tracking tools.
• Support the preparation of contractual, donor and management reports.
• Facilitate knowledge management by contributing to central repositories of programme documentation.
• Coordinate information requests from country offices, implementing partners, delivery locations and other stakeholders.
• Monitor reporting calendars, reporting schedules and contractual deadlines.
• Provide administrative and technical support related to reporting, information management and programme monitoring activities.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of applicable SOPs, reporting requirements, related systems and databases, and IOM Standards of Conduct.
• Uphold RMM Protection Mainstreaming Minimum Standards while carrying out all duties and responsibilities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Refugee and Migration Studies, International Relations, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience; or, High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in data management, reporting and/or information management;
• Experience in working with migrants, civil society and government is an advantage;
• Prior experience working for IOM, a UN agency, or another international organization is an advantage;
• Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Refugee and Migration Studies, International Relations, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or, High School diploma.
• Accredited Universities are those listed in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) Portal.
