Overview

Provide information and enrollment for eligible beneficiaries in the 'Helios+' project. Monitor integration progress and organize support sessions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and enroll beneficiaries in the project
  • Monitor beneficiary integration through individual sessions
  • Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life
  • Organize psychosocial support sessions
  • Provide information on social welfare, housing, healthcare, and education
  • Conduct referrals for specialized support
  • Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities
  • Evaluate exemption requests for language courses
  • Ensure accurate data entry and archiving
  • Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, present project in Reception Facilities
  • Assist beneficiaries in apartment search and administrative pre-requirements
  • Perform other related duties
Required Experience
  • At least one year of previous work experience
  • Professional license, where applicable
  • Adequate combination of knowledge, education, training experience and skills
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred
Qualifications
  • University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution
  • Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage
