Overview

Strengthen the capacity of curriculum authors to integrate transversal dimensions and authentic learning into subject-based curricula, and support ten model schools in integrating subjects through resources and practical tools.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials and conduct training of curriculum experts.
  • Support ten model schools in connecting subjects through resources and practical tools.
  • Guide the development of the school as an ecosystem, integrating projects, events, and community engagement.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the development of curricula, curricula products for general education.
  • Proven expertise in innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, design thinking, and interdisciplinary curriculum design.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with government institutions.
  • Strong networking and stakeholders’ engagement skills.
  • Relevant experience in working with UN Agencies will be an asset.
Qualifications

Advanced academic degree in education science/policy, curriculum and instruction, education technology.

Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English is required.
