Overview
Support the UNDP Unit of Information and Technology Management (ITM) in Copenhagen with ICT and Green Energy solutions, focusing on IoT operations and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and install IoT network and foundation infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and resolve network/connectivity issues.
- Handle incidents and monitor alarms.
- Support capacity building exercises and field operations.
- Assist in the development of IT systems and operational procedures.
- Write documentation related to IoT support operations and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Required Experience
- IT/Software Development, Programming languages (Python, Java, SQL), data analysis, or web development.
- Sensors & Actuators, Data collection, calibration, real-time monitoring.
- Knowledge in Embedded Systems, Data Analytics, ML/AI, Computer Networking, API Programming, or similar areas.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.
