Overview
The Coordinator- Finance will support the financial management of the UNOCHA-funded project by ensuring compliance with Save the Children International (SCI) financial policies and donor requirements. The position is responsible for maintaining effective financial systems to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial services for project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee key financial processes including budget monitoring, advance management, payment verification, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Work closely with programme, awards, and operations teams to ensure proper financial planning, compliance, and efficient utilisation of project resources.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in the related field.
- Prior experience in emergency response is preferred.
Qualifications
• A master's degree, preferably in Finance/ Accounting or a Chartered Accountancy qualification, would be an added advantage.
