Overview

The United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) is seeking to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants to support the coordination and implementation of diverse operational and strategic projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of outputs.
  • Liaise with internal teams, UN entities, and external stakeholders to support project execution and communication.
  • Support the development of project documentation, reports, and knowledge products.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and synthesis for project planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to the organization of meetings, consultations, and other project-related events (virtual or in-person).
  • Provide administrative and logistical support as needed for project implementation.
Required Experience

A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination and implementation. Previous experience with change management processes would be an asset. Experience in coordinating teams and clients. Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.

Qualifications

First-level degree in business/public administration, social sciences, or a related field. A certification in project management would be an asset.
