Overview
The Project Officer will be responsible for implementing project activities to ensure the quality delivery of the UNICEF HCD Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with PHA and District Outreach program to roll-out the project’s immunization outreach intervention to reach targeted households that have zero-dose children.
- Collaborate with PHA to link VHAs, CHW, Ward Counsellors and community leaders and engaging communities around higher demand for immunization.
- To make sure all activities reports are collected, written and reported on time.
- Establishing mutual relationships with key stakeholders and partners through effective communication on activities and updating the Project Coordinator.
- Understanding the challenges and working closely with PHA to overcome and looking at way forward to supporting the HCD program in the selected district.
- The Project Officer will work in close supervision of the Project Coordinator, Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation officer and with the Area Program Team of their respective Provincial assignments.
