Overview
The Collaboration Technical Lead is the senior technical authority for the SharePoint OnPrem & Online / Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring the coherence, scalability, and consistency of architectural and technical decisions. The role collaborates with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize M365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for the SharePoint (Online & OnPrem)/Microsoft 365 platform.
- Develop and design business or technical solutions in line with business requirements and non-functional requirements.
- Own technical governance of the SharePoint (Online & OnPrem)/Microsoft 365 platform.
- Oversee security configurations, user access management, privileged role reviews, and integration authentication mechanisms.
- Lead remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Work on innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure consistent design choices are made across different solutions and services.
- Lead the design beyond their products to connect to other solutions and anticipate higher level evolutions.
- Oversee the documentation of technical related solutions design.
- Ensure that incidents are managed and followed pro-actively.
- Contribute to the monitoring of all product tickets and service requests proactively.
- Play a key role in delivering 24/7 quality service and ensuring high system availability.
- Adhere to procedures and shift/on-call schedules.
- May manage external resources.
- Organize and animate a community of practice.
- Oversee and validate deliverables in a Managed Service Provider model.
Required Experience
Typically 10-12 years’ overall professional experience with 5 years' experience in a similar position. At least 4 years’ M365 (including MS Power Platform) experience. Experience in integrating and running technical solutions. Mastery of development processes and/or installation and deployment processes. Good understanding of strategic, new and emerging technology trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in ICT / Technical sciences or equivalent professional experience. Certification in Agile methodologies is an asset.
