Policy Officer role focused on international relations within the Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (DG HERA) of the European Commission. The purpose is to assist in the formulation and implementation of key strategic priorities in health emergency preparedness and response.
Minimum of 2 years experience in coordination work and international relations work in the field of health security and/or medical countermeasures. Experience working in the health emergency policy field. Good understanding of medical counter measures market dynamics. Previous experience in the Commission and organisation of high-level missions would be an asset. Proven experience in the negotiation of international agreements.
At least a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma. Only qualifications issued or recognised as equivalent by EU Member State authorities will be accepted.
