Overview
Provide portfolio administration support for Law and Policy Reform (LPR) Technical Assistance (TA) projects throughout their lifecycle, from approval to completion, ensuring compliance with ADB's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support LPR Team and OGC staff with TA administration issues including consultant recruitment, contract variations, payments, system updates, budget monitoring, contract monitoring, mission preparation, financial closure, TA completion reports, record maintenance, and knowledge management.
- Meet regularly with OGC staff, consultants, and service providers to support LPR TA project administration.
- Support LPR Team with management and updating of LPR TA SharePoint sites, iManage folders, and other systems.
- Support LPR team in developing management reports and in annual Work Program and Budget Framework exercises.
- Serve as an alternate OGC eOps, SovOps, and MAS superuser for LPR Program.
- Stay updated on ADB policies, procedures, and systems; attend relevant trainings; and coordinate with relevant ADB departments.
- Perform other assigned duties, including special projects in support of OGC operations.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably with good working knowledge of ADB's project-related and TA operation and administration.
