Overview

Provides advice on, applies technical knowledge to, and provides ERP application support in the areas of Finance, Programme Planning & Implementation, Risk Management, Budget Preparation and Programme assessment based on the IAEA's ERP system known as AIPS.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle eBS Financial and PPM modules, Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning and related financial applications to support end users.
  • Deliver solutions for application service requests and lead implementation of system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Provide AIPS Level 2 support in the Financial, PPM & Planning and Budget areas and contribute to customised reports, forms, and analytics.
  • Manage ERP configurations, and support future upgrades or cloud migration projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable application performance and effective solutions.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements; document functional requirements and validate through testing.
  • Design and deliver user training programmes, manuals, and refresher courses in coordination with the Training Officer.
Required Experience

A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in: Implementing or providing post go-live support for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion Planning, or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Including experience in the following areas: Performing business analysis, designing, and implementing solutions. Maintaining and documenting configurations of live Oracle ERP modules and related changes. Managing ERP projects and enhancements (EBS, Oracle Cloud EPM, or Oracle Fusion Cloud). Working with and managing contractor resources, including offshore teams. Working with Oracle Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of Finance, Planning, and Budgeting domains, with an understanding of international public sector requirements.

Qualifications

Master's Degree - Advanced university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu.

Remuneration
tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $86027 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), a variable post adjustment which currently amounts to US $ 44734*, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses; Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan and health insurance.
