Overview
To support the WHO Representative Office in Viet Nam in providing consolidated technical advice and analysis on health legislation for the Ministry of Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate technical advice on key legislative documents for their development and revision.
- Conduct analyses of regulatory and institutional frameworks related to strategic priorities.
- Track the legislative agenda in Vietnam and contributions by WCO teams.
- Provide periodic reports on the status of health-related legal documents.
- Submit monthly progress reports.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of experience in relevant areas including health legislation and health policy development, with expertise on health-related legislation in Vietnam.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in relevant areas including health legislation, public administration, or public health.
