Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Board effectiveness, corporate governance, institutional accountability, and SEC modernization by supporting process simplification, automation, knowledge management, and improved tools for managing Board and Committee workflows and records.
- Contribute to the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of Board and Committee meetings, including conducting document review and preparing timely and clear Committee and Board materials and keeping track of Board and Committee recommendations and Management commitments
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance policies, rules, and procedures that enable Executive Directors’ offices and their staff to operate effectively as a unified Board.
- Support the learning team to design, coordinate, and deliver learning opportunities and resources for SEC staff, Board Officials, and their teams, in collaboration with WBG institutions and Vice Presidencies
- Complete tasks as assigned by the SEC leadership team.
Required Experience
2-6 years of relevant experience in a field such as public policy, international relations, law, economics, political science, governance, public administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
Qualifications
Minimum of a master’s degree in a related field.
