Requirements & Performance Manager
Overview
The Requirements & Performance Manager is responsible for capturing Integrated Air & Missile Defence (IAMD) requirements and translating them into planning inputs, as well as monitoring and analysing the performance and technical availability of assigned units.
Key Responsibilities
- Is the principal interface between SHAPE PLANS FD C2SOUS and Air Command Ramstein, DEU with co-located units.
- Captures IAMD requirements and translates them into inputs for Medium Term Military/Resource Planning or Operational Requirements Statements.
- Contributes to the ACO Performance Management System by assessing reported ACO Performance Tracking and Information System (APTIS).
- Monitors and analyses the performance and technical availability of assigned units.
- Supports the Technical Evaluation programme and conducts on-demand evaluations.
- Ensures NATO IAMD systems are maintained in adherence to Minimum Military Requirement and interoperability, integrity and logistics provisioning criteria.
- Provides contribution to annual SACEUR's Report on Performance of the NATO IAMD Environment.
- Provides staff inputs to management of NATO IAMD systems.
- Manages the record of systems deficiencies and makes recommendations for modifications, improvements and technical updates.
Required Experience
Experience in Integrated Air & Missile Defence (IAMD) systems, including operational, technical, or engineering roles. Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to performance monitoring.
Qualifications
University Degree and 2 years function related experience, or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4 years post related experience.
