Overview
The consultant will provide technical expertise to strengthen the integrity, governance, and alignment of Workday organizational data and security configurations, focusing on data quality, system consistency, and access control compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver validated and reconciled organizational datasets in Workday.
- Produce harmonized organizational and position data across Workday and WINGS.
- Execute and document end-to-end mass data maintenance activities.
- Strengthen data governance controls for Organization and Position Management.
- Support the delivery of aligned and compliant Workday security configurations.
- Contribute to access review cycles, including validation of user access rights and identification of segregation of duties conflicts.
- Support audit readiness and compliance related to access controls.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with organizational or process changes impacting security.
- Support security testing activities.
- Ensure synchronization between organizational structures and security frameworks.
- Contribute to system releases and continuous improvement cycles.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or IT. Hands-on experience working with HR systems (preferably Workday), including configuration, data management, or process improvement. Exposure to HR digital transformation or system enhancement projects. Proven experience in organizational structure and position management, preferably within a complex or global organization. Experience with HR Data management and data analysis.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance, or First level university degree with additional relevant work experience.
