Overview

The Economic Security Generalist will participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the ICRC’s economic security program in Kharkiv. The role involves carrying out field and office work under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of project activities.
• Conduct beneficiary selection, registration, verification, distributions, and follow-up.
• Prepare project implementation action plans.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitoring of EcoSec interventions.
• Manage data entry and reporting.
• Manage and organize the EcoSec beneficiaries’ database.
• Write field trip reports and minutes of meetings.
• Provide administrative support.

Required Experience

2–3 years’ experience in a similar field of activity. Experience working for an NGO or international organization is an asset.

Qualifications

Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine. High school diploma, technical education, or professional or university degree in a related field.
