Overview

Support global communications, advocacy, and community engagement activities for the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) initiative by creating multimedia content and managing social media posts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage communication assets, posting two social media posts per week.
  • Schedule LinkedIn posts highlighting WEPs resources, events, impact stories, partner initiatives and international observances.
  • Monitor engagement with posts and identify opportunities to increase visibility and audience interaction.
  • Research, draft and edit written content for one blog, case study or impact story per week.
  • Support the collection and synthesis of examples demonstrating progress on gender equality and women's empowerment.
  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of the quarterly WEPs Global Newsletter.
  • Support content collection, editing and formatting for newsletter editions.
Required Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional or volunteer experience in communications, advocacy, digital marketing, content creation or related fields. Experience managing and creating content for social media accounts, preferably LinkedIn.
