Overview
Provide enterprise-wide leadership for UNICEF Uganda’s digital impact agenda, shaping strategy, governance, and investment. The role will build strategic alliances, influence digital ecosystems, and drive scalable solutions to strengthen national systems and accelerate results for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster innovation and digital transformation (DX), and oversee piloting, evidence generation and scaling of priority Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation initiatives.
- Enhance ICT, Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation governance, collaboration, build internal and external relationships and capacity.
- Ensure excellence in ICT services and systems to create an enabling environment for the release and management of organizational ICT services to UCO staff.
- Improve delivery results.
Required Experience
8 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, Digital Impact Project Management, Business Operations, Networks Information Security, Large international organizational experience and any other related fields. Experience is required in Team Leadership, Project Management, Business Analytics, Partnerships, Information Security, Audit and Risk Management.
Qualifications
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Software engineering, Information technology Management and any other related fields.
