Overview
The Child Protection Officer provides technical, operational, and administrative support for child protection programming, focusing on strengthening and scaling up evidence-based approaches for the prevention of violence against children.

Required Experience
Two years of relevant work experience in Child Protection, Social and Behavior Change, Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Partnerships, Violence prevention, Community engagement, School safety, Capacity building, Partnership development or any other related field is required. Experience in developing countries, experience in humanitarian contexts, experience in a multilateral agency and programme development in Child Protection are assets. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in International Development, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Social Work, Social Science, human rights, social and behavioral change or any other related field.
