National M&E consultant for Gender responsive cash plus project, Hanoi, Viet Nam, 18 months, Remote

Overview

Engage a national M&E consultant to support the development of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for a gender-responsive social protection model aimed at reducing child marriage risks and promoting women’s economic empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework.
• Guide the monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the intervention’s implementation process, results and emerging results.
• Conduct baseline and endline assessments.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the design and delivery of assessment, evaluation and research, preferably in the context of international development.
• Proven knowledge and application of M&E systems and methodologies – including quantitative and mixed-method assessment approaches, including experience in developing logical frameworks and theories of change.
• Excellent ability in data analysis, drafting and coordination of high-quality assessment reports/outputs.
• Proven experience in managing data collection, enumerators and other field-related activities.
• Proven capacity to facilitate multi stakeholder consultations and communications.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in public (social) policy, development studies, economics, statistics, social work or social science-related field.
