Provide support to strengthen the integration of REACH into the new CoE operating model by converting business requirements into process documentation, communication materials, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in process improvement, business process analysis, organizational change, internal communications, digital transformation, programme/project coordination, service design, or related areas. Demonstrated experience mapping business processes, documenting workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and translating user needs into practical process improvements. Experience designing or supporting change management, communications, training, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, or adoption activities. Experience coordinating cross-functional working groups, workshops, consultations, feedback loops, and action tracking. Experience working with digital platforms, product teams, agile delivery environments, or enterprise systems is desirable. Experience in the UN, international development, humanitarian, public sector, or large-scale organizational transformation context is an asset.
Master's in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, Communications, Change Management, Innovation, Information Systems, Service Design, or another relevant field. A first-level university degree combined with two additional years of relevant qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
