Overview
Provide general administrative office support to Country Office team members and assist with the unit's overall work program. This position works closely with the Executive Assistant under the supervision of the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team schedules, monitor changes, and communicate information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing written & verbal communications with clients and Government partners.
- Exercise quality enhancement for projects and documents.
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing (paper and electronic).
- Back-up administrative team colleagues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for the team and management.
- Draft, edit, translate, and finalize routine correspondence, memos, and reports in English.
- Initiate and coordinate all aspects of the travel schedule for the team.
- Oversee reception and related responsibilities.
- Coordinate knowledge exchange visits.
- Maintain and update databases of key authorities and contacts.
Required Experience
High school diploma with 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus. Previous work experience in a broad range of secretarial, administrative, logistics, -finance duties. Experience in an international organization, private sector and/or knowledge of the World Bank Group procedures and tools would be a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree would be a plus.
