Project Support for Youth and Ultra Micro Entrepreneurs in Indonesia

Overview

Support the UNDP Youth Empowerment team in learning digital and entrepreneurial skills and documenting learning materials for the Youth Ultra Micro Entrepreneurs Empowerment (YUMEE) Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring and evaluation of a minimum of one (1) Training of Trainers (ToT) session per week by attending sessions, documenting feedback, and capturing key learning insights.
• Support the virtual dissemination of key learning points and recommendations to ultra-micro entrepreneurs.
• Individually develop a presentation on the assigned topic and learnings to present to an audience of 2–5 people.

Required Experience

• Strong ability to document discussions, feedback, learning points, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other project management software and methodologies.
• Commit to a part-time volunteer schedule, with flexibility for occasional meetings and deadlines.

Qualifications

Candidates who graduated from or enrolled in the senior year at an undergraduate degree program in business, social, political, education, or development-related disciplines will be highly considered.
