Overview

Provide support for follow-up and review activities, including VNR workshops, technical assistance, and country support logistics. This includes planning, preparation, and support for APFSD events, VNR sessions, and associated events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support logistics and reporting for follow-up and review activities, including VNR workshops and sessions.
  • Develop meeting reports, document workshop and activity outputs, and support monitoring and evaluation.
  • Develop and update a tracking mechanism for good practices in VNRs.
  • Review and provide inputs on VNR drafts and requests for assistance.
  • Develop a VNR background document for the 14th APFSD.
  • Coordinate the 2026 VNR Twinning and Peer Learning Programme.
  • Liaise internally and with partners, Resident Coordinators Offices, and VNR focal points to deliver on country requests for VNR assistance.
  • Serve as a focal point for coordinating logistics, partnerships, and communications for APFSD Associated events, including VNR events.
  • Support the team with organizational, communications, research, and preparatory processes, projects, and tasks as needed.
Required Experience

Experience in supporting international events, analysis, publications, partnerships, including research assistance, and outreach.

Qualifications

Subjects related to public policy, international relations, environmental management or social sciences.
