Overview

The consultant will design and deliver a virtual webinar series on burnout prevention, recovery, and sustainable wellbeing for UNICEF staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customizing webinar content to align with the UNICEF context and audience.
  • Delivering eight interactive virtual webinars (90 minutes each) on burnout awareness, stress regulation, resilience, and purpose.
  • Developing and providing participant materials, reflection exercises, and practical wellbeing tools.
  • Incorporating interactive methodologies to encourage participation and application of learning.
  • Coordinating with the Regional Staff Counsellor on planning, scheduling, and delivery requirements.
  • Providing a brief final report summarizing activities delivered, participation, key themes, and recommendations.
Required Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in mental health, staff wellbeing, burnout prevention, resilience building, and psychosocial support. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating webinars, workshops, or group interventions focused on burnout, stress management, wellbeing, and resilience. Experience working within the United Nations system, international organizations, or similarly complex multicultural environments. Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing challenges in humanitarian, development, and high-pressure operational settings.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Knowledge of an additional UN language is desirable.
