Overview

The Driver will operate office vehicles for authorized personnel transport, mail delivery, and document pick-up, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations. The role also involves performing daily vehicle maintenance and assisting with administrative, messenger, and facilities duties.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the office vehicle for authorized personnel transport, mail delivery, and pick up of documents and other items
  • Operate the vehicle with attention to schedules, traffic, safety, and optimal routes
  • Receive official staff at the airport and assist with immigration and customs procedures
  • Greet passengers, assist with boarding and unloading, and handle luggage
  • Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the assigned vehicle, checking fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, lights, tires, etc.
  • Carry out minor repairs and coordinate service visits
  • Take appropriate action in case of accidents or traffic incidents
  • Log trips, mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, and other services
  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant for service appointments and supervise work performed
  • Plan and schedule internal office moves
  • Assist departments with move preparations
  • Support tracking, acquisition, and disposal of office assets
  • Assist with the annual inventory of office assets
  • Perform minor on-site repairs
  • Make small purchases and urgent pickups from local vendors
  • Deliver packages and documents between the office and other institutions
  • Manage office documents including photocopying, binding, scanning, and occasional filing
  • Support diplomatic pouch operations: prepare and receive shipments as requested
  • Perform other tasks as needed
Required Experience

At least 10 years of professional driving experience; good knowledge of roads, government offices, embassies, commercial establishments; defensive driving skills preferred. Previous experience with international or diplomatic organizations highly desirable.

Qualifications

Secondary education or equivalent. Professional driver’s license (Class A).
