Overview

Reviewing, classifying, and structuring documents to enhance information sharing and human rights reporting across the Middle East and North Africa region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on and apply established OHCHR archiving guidelines to the Regional Office's document management system.
  • Organize the agreed document set according to the provided structure.
  • Clean and restructure ROMENA's SharePoint environment to ensure full compliance with OHCHR institutional standards.
  • Categorize around 300 files.
Required Experience

Information/knowledge management, document organization, SharePoint or similar platforms, attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with content management standards, procedures and/or guidelines is desirable. Experience in innovation processes and/or platforms including development and implementation of new tools and/or working methods is desirable. Experience working with the United Nations common system or a comparable international organization is desirable. Analytical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in information management, Human Rights, Political Science, International Relations, Data Science, or related disciplines.
