Overview
The role focuses on ensuring data validity, reliability, and quality for evidence-based action by volunteers and project staff. It involves monitoring, data recording, auditing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data are valid and reliable with high-end quality and useful for evidence-based proper action by volunteers and project staffs.
- Conduct Quarterly Monitoring and Evaluation field visits.
- Ensure data are recorded and reported by volunteers without any flaws in order to maintain data quality of the project.
- Perform regular audit of hard-copy and soft-copy data and provide feedback to project staffs and volunteers.
- Report high quality data internally as well as to donor.
- Represent in government meetings.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in M&E field and relates with Health & Nutrition projects is preferred.
- Experience in working with NGOs, INGOs, or development/humanitarian programs is preferred.
- Previous experience in working with most vulnerable people is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
- Microsoft office especially in excel is essential.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and use of statistical tools.
