Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to support staff learning and development initiatives, as well as talent acquisition activities within the Human Resources Services of the CTBTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff learning and development initiatives, including LMS-related activities and updating learning materials.
- Assist in organizing virtual and in-person training activities.
- Compile and analyze learning feedback.
- Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and staff development content.
- Support talent outreach and employer branding activities.
- Assist with recruitment outreach initiatives like online career fairs and webinars.
- Participate in meetings and events, providing logistical support and note-taking.
- Support HR communications, intranet content, and HR-related documentation.
- Assist with HR digitalization, automation, AI-related initiatives, and process improvement research.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Relevant professional experience or academic exposure to Human Resources is an asset.
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution leading to a degree in human resources management, business administration, social sciences, communications, marketing, law or related field.
- Applications may be made up to two years after the completion of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree.
