Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to support staff learning and development initiatives, as well as talent acquisition activities within the Human Resources Services of the CTBTO.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support staff learning and development initiatives, including LMS-related activities and updating learning materials.
  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person training activities.
  • Compile and analyze learning feedback.
  • Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and staff development content.
  • Support talent outreach and employer branding activities.
  • Assist with recruitment outreach initiatives like online career fairs and webinars.
  • Participate in meetings and events, providing logistical support and note-taking.
  • Support HR communications, intranet content, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with HR digitalization, automation, AI-related initiatives, and process improvement research.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
  • No prior professional experience is required.
  • Relevant professional experience or academic exposure to Human Resources is an asset.
Qualifications
  • Completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution leading to a degree in human resources management, business administration, social sciences, communications, marketing, law or related field.
  • Applications may be made up to two years after the completion of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree.

Languages Required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
Languages Preferred
• Knowledge of other official CTBTO languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is desirable.
