Overview
To produce a comprehensive analytical report on the living conditions and challenges faced by internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Guatemala, based on ENCOVI 2023 microdata, to inform national policy, humanitarian response, and development cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a comprehensive analytical report based on ENCOVI 2023 microdata.
- Prepare a policy brief on the socioeconomic conditions of IDPs.
- Detail comparative analysis of IDPs relative to non-displaced people in areas such as safety and security, education, adequate standards of living, housing, and access to documentation and livelihoods.
- Incorporate data disaggregation reflecting heterogeneity in socio-economic conditions.
- Ensure analysis is fully reproducible and share analysis scripts.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years in quantitative analysis, survey data processing, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with household surveys and humanitarian contexts preferred.
Qualifications
• Advance in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related field.
