Overview

The ERP Specialist (Finance & PPM) provides technical and functional expertise to support the IAEA's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, AIPS, focusing on finance, grants accounting, and project management domains.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical/functional application and business expertise to support end users in Finance, SWIFT interfaces, Oracle Projects and Programme Management, Grants, and EPM/Hyperion Planning.
  • Handle and provide solutions for incidents and application service requests, identifying business process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in the implementation of ERP specific projects or enhancements, including analysis, configuration, and/or coding.
  • Support and implement future ERP upgrade or cloud migration projects.
  • Maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in the areas of Finance, Projects and Programme Management, Grants, EPM/Hyperion Planning, SWIFT dashboard, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Actively participate in testing to validate implemented features.
  • Provide AIPS Application Level 2 support.
  • Document technical and functional requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of user support and training modules and manuals.
  • Support and design training programmes for end users.
Required Experience

A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in working with the design of implementation and post go-live support for an enterprise scale solution based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with specialization in Oracle Finance modules or Oracle Projects and Programme Management, Grants and EPM modules. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, test system patches, implement enhancements and conduct regression tests on Oracle ERP based solutions. Ability to communicate with users, capture requirements and document processes. Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is highly desirable. Familiarity with IPSAS and other accounting standards is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - University degree, or equivalent qualification, in information management or computer sciences or related fields. Advanced university degree would be an asset.

Remuneration
Tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $71335 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), a variable post adjustment which currently amounts to US $ 38664*, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses; Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan and health insurance.
