Experience designing accessible and user-centred interfaces, with familiarity with prototyping and user research practices. Demonstrated experience establishing or maintaining documentation and knowledge-management practices, including knowledge bases, standards and onboarding materials. Experience analysing legacy systems to recover business rules and specify their replacement would be an advantage. Experience in an international and cross-cultural setting would be preferable.
