Overview

The Staff Administration Team Lead will oversee an operational team responsible for corporate on-boarding and departure formalities, processing administrative actions related to staff employment, and supporting client directorates. The role involves leading the team in payroll administration, benefits and entitlements, and HR operational services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Staffing Administration (SA) team responsible for payroll administration, determination and administration of staff benefits and entitlements, and delivery of HR operational services.
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in line with the Organisation's Staff Regulations and Rules.
  • Identify and capitalise on business process improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise and maintain effective working relations within HRM and with other partners.
  • Handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate and support the Head of the Staff and Technical Expertise Hub in HR reform projects related to staff administration.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant HRM teams to ensure policy and procedural changes are communicated inclusively and accessibly.
  • Manage and deliver staff administration activities for OECD’s Unclassified Staff, Executive Leadership grades (EL2-3), and EXD Directors Office (DO), EXD/HRM.
  • Centralise and manage Article 11 files.
Required Experience

Five or more years experience leading operational and administrative HR activity and advisory, including compensation and benefits, preferably in an International Organisation. Experience supervising and leading a small team/unit is preferred.

Qualifications

A university degree in business, human resource management, public administration or a closely related field.

Languages Required
Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and excellent knowledge of the other. Very good drafting skills in both languages is required.

Remuneration
Monthly salary starts at 6 636.98 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
