Overview
Internship opportunity within the Programme Division (PRG) to support programme knowledge and information management, including content management, research, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the management of the WFP’s Programme Guidance Manual (PGM) Platform.
- Liaise with relevant colleagues to ensure programmatic guidance content is accurately formatted and labelled.
- Support communications activities related to the PGM and other platforms.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support the development and revision of programme cycle ‘job aid’ guidance.
- Assist in planning and delivering the PRG webinar series.
- Assist with secretariat activities, such as coordinating meetings and creating Notes for the Record.
- Assist with internal communications activities, such as contributing to digital communities and curating intranet content.
- Support the PRG Front Office in other relevant information and knowledge management or communications tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university and have completed at least two years of the programme; OR
- Currently enrolled in a graduate programme (e.g., Master degree); OR
- A recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate programme (within six months prior to the application to the internship programme); Classes attendance in the last 12 months of enrolment in a recognized university.
