Training Coordinator (BARMM-LEADS Project)

Overview

The Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day implementation of the project at the community level, working closely with various stakeholders to improve early childhood care and learning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community orientation sessions.
• Help gather and update community and youth data.
• Support the implementation of project activities.
• Facilitate monitoring and reflection sessions with community partners.
• Document community activities, processes, and good practices.
• Support data collection for monitoring and evaluations.
• Help identify, mobilize, and train parents and caregivers.

Required Experience

At least three (3) years of experience in community‑based work, ECCD programming, or development projects. Experience working with children, families, and community groups. Hands‑on experience using participatory approaches in community settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, or other related courses.
