Overview
This role serves as the primary focal point for communication with programme participants to ensure effective implementation of Economic Recovery activities. The role involves serving as a receptionist at a livelihoods center, providing intake sessions, and supporting officers in various economic recovery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct wage and self-employment intake sessions with potential programme participants.
- Share feedback and observations about intake forms and local community trends.
- Conduct quality follow-up sessions with programme participants and report feedback.
- Capture possible protection and safety risks within intake sessions.
- Support officers in communication with programme participants for self-employment processes.
- Support officers in communication with programme participants for wage employment assessments.
- Maintain documentation of required tools and forms.
- Act as the receptionist for the livelihoods center.
- Coordinate with officers to stay updated on team activities.
- Provide feedback on outreach activities and advise on enhancements.
- Engage in outreach activities with community members, NGOs, and private sector contacts.
- Contribute to program monitoring through site visits and FGDs.
- Support data collection for assessments/research.
- Assist in linking programme participants with livelihood opportunities.
- Proactively seek, assess, and report new opportunities.
- Promote engagement and networking with relevant national authorities and stakeholders.
- Ensure intake sessions are implemented according to MEAL requirements.
- Facilitate communication between MEAL team and programme participants.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in economic recovery/livelihood working for an INGO. Experience in working on individual assessments focus on vulnerability and capacity. Experience working in the humanitarian field with displaced individuals (preferably experience of working in Southern Turkey).
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or higher in business management, economics, finance, social science or other relevant fields.
