Overview
Develop learning content and educational materials for the Access 101 project, transforming curriculum recommendations into engaging resources for an e-learning course and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the recommended course syllabus into a detailed content plan and table of contents.
- Advise on the most appropriate mix of learning formats.
- Develop a content production plan and timeline.
- Develop engaging, accessible, and learner-centred content for the Access 101 Tembo course and supporting educational materials.
- Coordinate and quality-assure contributions from external suppliers, agencies, or specialist consultants.
- Present draft content, content plans, and recommendations to the project team and project stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from subject-matter experts and project stakeholders into successive content drafts.
- Work closely with the Access 101 project team and subject-matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure all materials are adapted for diverse audiences across the MSF Movement and aligned with adult learning principles and accessibility considerations.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience developing engaging learning materials for diverse audiences, such as e-learning courses, training resources, educational publications, or digital learning content.
- Experience working with subject-matter experts and incorporating stakeholder feedback into content development processes.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers or contributors involved in content production (e.g. graphic designers, illustrators, multimedia developers, or video editors) is an asset.
- Experience in humanitarian, global health, international development, or non-profit environments is an asset.
Qualifications
A degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
