Overview
The Supply and Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the supply chains of a country office or emergency response operation, including planning, procurement, customs clearance, warehousing, transport, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Supply section
- Ensure supply chain service delivery and emergency response
- Collaborate with programmes and implementing partners
- Provide technical and advisory support to government/national systems
- Drive innovation, products, and markets
Required Experience
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, at the national and international levels, in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting, administration and/or other directly related technical fields is required. Understanding of development and humanitarian work.
Qualifications
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Contract/Commercial Law, International Development, Health or related social science and any other related fields.
