Overview
Provide nursing care, promote good health, and perform workplace health and safety services within the Organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medical treatment prescribed by the Organisation’s doctor, including injections, vaccinations, dressings, drawing blood samples, vision tests, hearing tests, urine tests, and electrocardiograms.
- Provide advice and orientate staff to medical specialists or hospitals.
- Assist with administrative tasks relating to staff medical records and appointments.
- Manage the generic email account in coordination with the medical team.
- Assess and treat medical emergencies, informing the doctor or requesting assistance from emergency medical services.
- Inform staff about good health practices and prepare pedagogical tools on medical topics.
- Support and participate in the Organisation’s prevention programmes.
- Liaise with health and technical services on office layout and workstation issues.
- Monitor and assist with the management of onsite medical supplies, first-aid kits, and electronic records.
- Contribute to the administrative work of the Medical and Social Hub.
Required Experience
At least three years' nursing experience. Experience in a private sector company or international organisation would be an asset. Proven experience in managing medical emergencies, and a good knowledge of medical procedures and practical arrangements in the medical field in France.
Qualifications
A nursing diploma recognised in France (French, or recognised in the European Economic Area (EU and EFTA), or British).
